Claims (1)
- シリンダ端部の作動液給排通路とシリンダ液室
とをピストンのクツシヨンリングが突入する摺動
孔及びシリンダ液室への流体流れのみ許すチエツ
ク弁で連通し、前記シリンダ液室をタンクに接続
する通路にシリンダ液室からの作動液のタンクへ
の流体流れのみ許すチエツク弁とこのチエツク弁
の下流にクツシヨン弁を設け、さらに、前記チエ
ツク弁のばね室を前記作動液給排通路に接続した
ことを特徴とする液圧シリンダのクツシヨン装置
。
