Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉ハウジング内に、固定軸と、該固定軸
に対して空圧効果をもつて高速回転するスリーブ
と、該スリーブと一体回転する被回転体と、前記
スリーブを回転駆動するための電磁駆動手段とを
収納した構成において、前記固定軸を中空軸とな
すと共に、固定軸の両端を前記ハウジングの対抗
壁から外部に露呈させて、固定軸の中空部内を冷
却用流体の流通路としたことを特徴とする密閉ハ
ウジングをもつ回転体における気体軸受。 (2) 前記固定軸の中空部内壁には溝が形成され
ていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第(1)項記載の密閉ハウジングをもつ回転体にお
ける気体軸受。 (3) 前記固定軸の中空部内に冷却用流体を強制
供給するようにしたことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の密閉ハウジングをも
つ回転体における気体軸受。
