Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity for use of a screw by incorporating a constitution consisting of an exhaust water buoyancy type car body, which is fitted at its periphery with shock damping buoys, and a drive wheel which serves as such a one during running ashore and as a turbine for jetting and propelling at the time of 1aunching. CONSTITUTION:An exhaust water buoyancy type car body 1 is fitted at its periphery with shock damping buoys 8, 8' which elongate and contract according to necessity, and the tire 6 is furnished with a drive wheel 2 equipped with a number of centrifugal vanes 7. The drive wheel 2 is further provided with a case 3 which is operated by a hydraulic opening/shutting device to approach and go apart from the drive wheel 2. In this construction, the case 3 is moved apart from the tire 6 during running ashore so as to function as a drive wheel 2. At the time of 1aunching the case 3 is approached to the tire 6 to allow the water splashed by the centrifugal vanes 7 to jet out through the space between the tire 6 and case 3, that should produce an underwater propelling force. This accomplishes a boat/car consolidated device wherein any screw is not needed to be equipped.

Conventionally, there is a considerable amount of idle space at the bottom of a car, but the drainage buoyancy type car body utilizes the amount of idle space to increase the amount of displacement, thereby obtaining buoyancy comparable to the amount of displacement. It has buoyancy on water, just like a washbasin floats on water.
On land, strength corresponding to weight is required, but since the strength against bending stress is superior to that of a flat-bed vehicle body, the total weight can be reduced.

When the drive wheel 2 is used as a thrust turbine, it becomes a blade, and the rotation of the drive wheel 2 in the water uses its rotational speed to make the inter-blade fluid at a circumferential speed and exerts a centrifugal force. The case 8 receives the water scattered on the drive wheel 2 and guides it along the circumference to turn it into swirling water. The guide vane 4 guides the swirling water, and the drain roller 5 at the tip rotates in close contact with the drive wheel 2 to guide it. The guide vane 4 acts as a safety device for the rotating water and cuts off the swirling water, and the guide vane 4 changes the flow direction of the swirling water and makes it flow intensively in one direction, making it a working fluid that generates thrust. An amphibious vehicle moves forward by sending working fluid backwards, the thrust of the front wheels is always used for steering, and braking and reversing are performed by reverse rotation of the drive wheels 2.
As described above, the drive wheels 2 were converted into a propulsion device to enable navigation on water using the drive wheels 2.

When an amphibious vehicle that has been on the water comes ashore, it passes its inertial force toward the hoistway and comes ashore with the drive wheel thrust device released from the case 8, guide vanes 4, etc. in advance. When the hydraulic piston 11 is raised by the driver's arbitrary operation with the hydraulic switch 10, the vaginal opening is linked to the piston rod 18) 12 is the thrust device that is lifted up while opening the case 8, guide vanes 4, etc. and separated from the drive wheel 2. is released, and the drive wheels 2 are used for driving on land. Third
In the opposite case, when the amphibious vehicle is launched, the hydraulic piston IIU descends and the arm rod 12, case 8, guide vanes 4, etc. convert the drive wheels 2 into a thrust device to navigate on water. Figure 4: In order to prevent damage to the drainage buoyancy type vehicle body 1 of an amphibious vehicle due to impact from contact with objects, the annular buoy 8 is made flexible and resilient.
The annular float 8, which is attached to the outer periphery to protect the object, serves as an additional buffer for the object and the ground, as well as buoyancy.

As explained above, this invention provides buoyancy to the vehicle by utilizing the idle space below the vehicle as a floating vehicle body, and when thrust is obtained by the drive wheels, it enables the emergence of a relatively inexpensive amphibious vehicle. Hundreds of millions of people around the world who live in environments that require amphibious vehicles, which can be driven freely, desire the appearance of such vehicles, and the reason for this is that under normal circumstances, it would be possible to bridge the gap between land and water and expand the scope of their use. The fact that they can spread to both land and water is a great reward, and they can be relied upon as a lifesaver in emergencies, and they can introduce new places to relax on holidays.
