Claims (1)
- 被加熱物を載置し水平移動が可能な可動台と、
該可動台の所定位置にて該可動台面に対して上下
動が可能な加熱カバー体とを有し、該加熱カバー
体内には、蒸気吐出管と蒸気排出管とを設けた蒸
気調理装置において、上記加熱カバー体は上下動
可能なシリンダロツドに接続され、該シリンダロ
ツドに設けたバネにより上記加熱カバー体が上記
可動台面に当接された際に上記加熱カバー体の押
圧力が緩衝することを特徴とする蒸気調理装置。
