Claims (1)
- ハウジング２に装着された磁石１と、磁性粉体
をエラストマー又はプラストマー中に分散されて
なる透磁性エラストマー又は透磁性プラストマー
をもつて略蛇の目形状に製せられ、前記磁石１に
添えられて軸４の周面と微小隙間を形成する磁極
片３と、前記磁極片３及び前記軸４の周面の間に
注入された磁性流体５とよりなる磁性流体シール
。
