- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸方向に磁化された環状永久磁石と、永久磁石
の両端に同心的に接合された夫々径の異なる軟磁
性環状ポールピースと、上記磁石及びポールピー
スの内径を同心的に貫通させる段違いの強磁性シ
ヤフトと、シヤフトとポールピースの内径との空
間に磁気的に捕捉される磁性流体リング膜とから
なる磁性流体シール装置において、 上記各ポールピースと上記段違いのシヤフトと
の間隙はほぼ同寸に設定したことを特徴とする磁
性流体シール装置。
