- 軟磁性ハウジングの内径に密着し径方向に磁化
された環状磁石と、磁石の内径に密着した環状軟
磁性体ポールピースと、ポールピースの内径を同
芯的に貫く強磁性シヤフトと、シヤフト外径とポ
ールピース内径との空間に磁気的に捕捉される磁
性流体リング膜とから構成したことを特徴とする
磁性流体シール装置。
