性包装材の進行方向後端部を除く開口部を封止状態とし
、上記冷凍用液による液圧でもって該耐液性包装材と冷
凍用食品との間の空気を外部に排出させて冷凍用食品を
密封した状態とし、該冷凍用食品を耐液性包装材を介し
て冷凍用食品搬送コンベアでもって搬送しながら凍結す
