Now, if moisture flows into the cylinder chamber, the pump will seize and become inoperable, which will not only cause the vacuum pump to malfunction, but also cause serious problems such as defective products in the container that should be evacuated. It can also lead to situations like this. Therefore, in the past, it was necessary to pay close attention to operating conditions to prevent water containing water from flowing into the cylinder chamber.

Then, due to the suction force of the high-speed water flowing through the constriction section 31,
A vacuum chamber 41 is formed between the nozzles 33 and 33 in the constriction portion 31, so that the gas in the tank 34 connected to the suction port 32 is sequentially sucked. The water that has passed through the throttle part 31 is mixed with the gas sucked in at the suction port 32, and the air/water mixture, which is a mixture of water and gas, flows through the suction pressure feed pipe 6 and becomes the air/moisture #H2. The discharge port 9 is discharged into the empty chamber 7 at high speed.

As the separated water rotates around the inner peripheral surface 13 of the cavity 7, its kinetic energy is gradually consumed, and the water leaves the inner peripheral surface 13 and is discharged into the water storage PJ3. In this embodiment, since the adhering water separating section 10 is provided in the empty chamber 7, the movement of the swirling water can be obstructed by the adhering water separating section IO, thus reducing the consumption of kinetic energy for storing the swirling water. Promote scales. As a result, the swirling water is actively scraped off from the inner circumferential surface 13, and the water discharged into the steam-water separator 2 is quickly collected into the water storage tank 3 and used for the next Wi ring. It will be used efficiently and effectively.

■ Even when the vacuum pump device of the present invention consumes a large amount of water as a working medium (for example, 4 to 12 tons per hour), the vacuum pump device performs steam and water separation using a steam-water separator, and the separated water is Because it is configured to be used repeatedly as a working medium, it can be operated continuously even with a limited amount of working water (for example, about 404 liters), and when the viscosity of the working medium water increases and water needs to be replaced. However, since the amount of water required is small, the replacement work can be done efficiently. For these reasons, the vacuum pump device of the present invention is extremely economical.

■ In the vacuum pump device of the present invention, swirling motion is applied to the steam-water mixture in the steam-water separator, the steam-water mixture is easily separated into gas and water by centrifugal action, and the separated water is sequentially stored in water. Since the vacuum pump is configured to be discharged into the tank, the steam separator and the water storage tank can be made small, and the entire vacuum pump apparatus can therefore be made small. By the way, if the air-water mixture were to be discharged directly into the water storage tank, intense foaming would occur in the water storage tank. Therefore, in order to prevent foam from entering the liquid pump, it is necessary to adjust the capacity of the water storage tank. needs to be very large.

In particular, as described in the above embodiment, when the adhering water separation section is provided in the empty chamber, the consumption of the kinetic energy of the swirling water can be accelerated. Even if the water is wet, the water discharged into the steam-water separator can be quickly recovered into the water storage tank, and water circulation can be made more efficient. Therefore, the required amount of water as the working medium is reduced, and therefore the water storage tank can be made more compact.
