Claims (1)
線選択透過膜を設けてなるフイルター板を、金属
ケースの頂部開口の内側に配設し、該金属ケース
内に焦電素子を収納してなる赤外線センサーにお
いて、前記フイルター板を、その導体基板の側端
面に配設した金属粉末を含む導電性接着剤により
金属ケースと接着固定してなる赤外線センサー。 2 前記フイルター板の導体基板は、その一面全
体が赤外線選択透過膜におおわれている、実用新
案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の赤外線センサー
。 3 前記フイルター板は、更に補強用接着剤によ
り金属ケースに接着固定してなる実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項または第2項に記載の赤外線セン
サー。 4 赤外線選択透過膜が多層干渉フイルター膜で
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項ないし第3項
