- センサケースの前面がテーパ状に開口したマウ
ント部に超音波振動子を取付けた超音波スイツチ
において、センサケース前面のテーパ拡がり角度
を、超音波振動子を接着剤で接着したとき接着剤
による拘束力が小さくなる角度に設定したことを
特徴とする超音波スイツチ。
