Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シリンダ、該シリンダ内を移動するピストン及
    び半透膜を用いて形成されたガス室内にサンプル
    ガスを導入し、該サンプルガスが該半透膜から漏
    出するのに対応して、該ピストンを移動させ該ガ
    ス室内の圧力を設定圧力に調節する半透膜透過能
    試験装置において、 一方の隔室が該ガス室に連通された差圧検出器
    と、 一方のポートが該ガス室に連通された弁と、 該差圧検出器の他方の隔室及び該弁の他方のポ
    ートに連通されたリザーバと、 該弁を開にしておき、該ガス室内の圧力が設定
    圧力になつているときに該弁を閉にし、この弁閉
    状態で該差圧検出器の検出差圧が零になるように
    該ピストンを移動させる制御手段と、 を有することを特徴とする半透膜透過能試験装置
    。
