を図ったものである。(Conventional technology) As an air purifying and deodorizing device for the purpose of deodorizing, sterilizing, fragrance, etc., which has been conventionally used in general households, etc., it is made from various essential oils extracted from natural trees in a special polymer membrane (membrane). The container is filled with natural plant essential oil, placed in a container, placed in an appropriate location in a room, and released as fine particles through the dialysis reverse osmosis, gas separation, and sustained release effects of the special polymer membrane. It uses natural plant essential oils to deodorize, sterilize, and scent the room.

ある。In other words, by injecting the necessary amount of natural plant essential oils to permeate and diffuse into the cellular tissue of the wood, and by covering the injected treated wood with other wood materials, the combined effects of the wood's hygroscopic and respiration properties can be used to improve forestry. It is possible to obtain the same wicking effect as inside, and by adding natural plant essential oil to a wooden base material such as wood flour, it is possible to take advantage of the unique porosity of wood to introduce the same type of natural plant essential oil into the cells. It is highly sustainable, inexpensive, easy to process, safe, non-polluting, and easy to handle as an end product even during factory production by allowing the yield and efficient consumption of the natural plant essential oil. The purpose of this project is to provide a method for treating wood using natural plant essential oils that have excellent properties.

Particle size and moisture content are adjusted by repeatedly using a sieve and a crusher. The particle size is adjusted from 30 mesh to 150 mesh, and the moisture content is adjusted to an absolutely dry state by the heat of crushing, resulting in good eye oil properties. becomes. Use the wood flour obtained in this way. That is, the sawdust is air-dried in a hot air oven. The hot air drying at this time is instantaneous drying for 1 to 2 seconds using 60' hot air, and after drying, the material is passed through a sieve with 10 mesh meshes, and the material that passes through this is passed through a pulverizer.

In order to make it easier to inject the wood flour into the cell cavity, this natural plant essential oil is mixed in a ratio of 1 part to the wood flour, which has been pretreated with alcohol, and is injected into the pores using the porous nature of the wood flour. By penetrating the essential oil and exerting its affinity, the medicinal properties such as bactericidal and antiseptic properties of α-pinene, β-pinene, myrcene, β-phellandrene, limonene, camphuene, etc. contained in the natural plant essential oil are released. This is to obtain a powder that can be dispersed.

In this example, wood flour impregnated with natural plant essential oil is formed into pellets, which are made of wood flour and glue. The core material designated by reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 is the same as that of Example 1. 1 = 100 mesh of wood flour obtained from
The mantle material 2 that wraps the core material 1 is made of wood of 30 to 40 mesh that has been subjected to the coarse crusher and fine crusher in Example 1. Using a mixture of powder and a coagulant made of glue,
This semi-solid mantle material 2 wraps the core material 1 impregnated with the natural plant essential oil, forms it into a spherical shape, and dries it. The bag is divided into one or more pieces and placed in a predetermined bag and suspended in a suitable place such as a room to obtain sterilization, antiseptic properties, fragrance, etc.

のである。Effects of the Invention As mentioned above, the method for treating wood using natural plant essential oils according to the present invention is effective for treating wooden base materials such as wood flour and wood, which has an affinity with the wooden base materials and adheres closely to the cell walls. Since the composition contains natural plant essential oils that have extremely good properties, we use a wooden base material such as wood flour or wood to thoroughly penetrate the natural plant essential oils into the cells of the fibers, which are the main constituent parts. , strengthens the deposition of the essential oil on wall pore membranes, ultimately increases its impregnating property, and absorbs the active ingredients of natural plant essential oils, such as monoterpenes α-pinene, β-pinene, limonene, myrcene, etc. The essential oil's unique medicinal properties such as sterilization, preservatives, and fragrance can be emitted over a long period of time, and the essential oil becomes solid when impregnated with wood flour, etc., and its fluidity is reduced. It is possible to simplify the use by eliminating the
Since wood flour or wood, which is available at low cost, is used as the base material, when it is commercialized as an air freshener, it has unique effects such as being able to provide it to customers at an extremely low cost.
