However, this type of conventional dry high-speed fluid polishing apparatus may not be able to uniformly polish the entire surface of the workpiece. That is,
Figure 6 shows a state in which a workpiece C is attached and fixed to spindle a via a jig, and spindle a rotates (revolutions) in the direction of arrow R in the figure or in the opposite direction to R, and It rotates (rotates) in the opposite direction to the direction or r direction, and as a result, the workpiece C attached to the spindle a makes major and minor revolutions together with it, but the workpiece C with respect to the spindle a is fixed, the relative position of workpiece C with respect to spindle a does not change, and therefore the top and bottom of workpiece C, or the inner and outer surfaces (the surface facing spindle a and the opposite surface) are polished. Differences may occur.

In addition, the above-mentioned polishing machine usually requires driving energy of 60 horsepower or more, [a-energy is very high, and the workpiece has a shape with a relatively deep concave surface, such as a spoon or a ladle. If the thickness is 5 to 100 nn, there is a problem that the entire surface including the concave surface cannot be uniformly polished.

Furthermore, in the conventional polishing machine as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 37-17646, the flow direction of the media on the inner circumferential wall of the polishing tank is opposite to the direction of small revolution of the workpiece, and the media faces the workpiece. In such a polisher, the media does not flow smoothly on the surface of the workpiece, and especially when rotating at high speed, the polished surface tends to have small irregularities instead of stripes, making it difficult to obtain a clean polished surface.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a fixed gear and a planetary gear meshing with the fixed gear, and a spindle connected to the planetary gear by rotating the planetary gear while revolving around the fixed gear at a speed of 50 rpm or more. The dry media filled in the polishing tank is stirred by the rotation of the spindle, causing the dry media to flow at high speed, and the workpiece is polished by the abrasive agent attached to this high speed flowing dry media. A dry type high-speed fluid polishing apparatus, wherein the number of gears of the planetary gear is greater than the number of gears of the fixed gear, the spindle is formed into a cylindrical shape, and a rotating shaft is rotatably disposed within the spindle. At the same time, a rotation mechanism for rotating this rotating shaft is provided, a workpiece mounting jig is provided at the lower part of the rotating shaft, and a workpiece is mounted on this workpiece mounting jig so that the revolution speed of the spindle is greater than the rotational speed and the workpiece is fixed. is rotated together with the revolution and rotation of the spindle, and is also rotated around a workpiece mounting jig that rotates together with the rotation of the rotating shaft.

Therefore, in the present invention, in such a polishing device,
A spindle is formed into a cylindrical shape, a rotary shaft is rotatably disposed within the spindle, a rotation mechanism is provided to rotate the rotary shaft, and a workpiece mounting jig is fixed to the lower part of the rotary shaft. Attach the workpiece to the workpiece mounting jig,
The workpiece is rotated in unison with the revolution and rotation of the spindle, and is also rotated about the workpiece mounting jig which rotates in unison with the rotation of the rotating shaft.

In other words, 1 the polishing apparatus of the present invention uses the media (as described above).
The flow of abrasive grains is carried out by the high-speed rotation of a spindle, and in this case, a relatively light media is used and is suitable for final polishing.
In this polishing device, the workpiece rotates around a fixed shaft integrally with the spindle, makes a small revolution around the spindle or rotating shaft, and rotates around the workpiece mounting shaft. In this way, the workpiece rotates together with the revolution and rotation of the spindle, and the workpiece also rotates separately from the rotation of the spindle.

Since the relative position of the workpiece to the spindle changes over time, the way the media hits the workpiece is made as even as possible, and the media hits only a certain part of the workpiece strongly or more, or conversely, the media hits only a certain part of the workpiece weakly or Since deflection such as small contact is prevented as much as possible, the work surface is polished uniformly and evenly.

Therefore, in the polishing method using the device of the present invention, since the workpiece itself rotates relative to the spindle, there is no need to change the posture of the workpiece and re-polishing after changing the posture as in the conventional method, and the polishing time is significantly reduced compared to the conventional method. (to 1/3 or less), and even if the polishing time is significantly shortened, the entire surface of the workpiece can be uniformly polished.

Furthermore, in the conventional dry high-speed fluid polishing apparatus such as that disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 37-17646, the gear ratio between the fixed gear and the planetary gear is usually 7:1 to 5: process dust. The number of rotations is greater than the number of revolutions, so that while the spindle with the workpiece attached revolves around the center of the polishing tank once, the spindle itself rotates 7 to 5 times. Although it is.

Then, when polishing a workpiece with a concave surface with a depth of 5 to 100 mm, the concave surface remains unpolished, but the number of planetary gears is larger than that of fixed gears, and A relatively deep concave surface due to the number of rotations being smaller than the number of rotations.

For example, a workpiece having a concave surface of about 5 to 100 mm as described above can be polished uniformly over the entire surface including the concave surface, the finish of polishing the concave surface can be improved, and driving energy can be reduced.

Furthermore, according to the polishing apparatus of the present invention, the flow direction of the media near the inner circumferential wall of the polishing tank can be made to match the direction of small revolution of the workpiece, so the flow of the media on the workpiece surface becomes smooth, and the media flow Even with high-speed flow, the polishing surface provides a good finished surface with stripes, and the entire workpiece can be polished uniformly, and the force required for the spindle to rotate and revolve can be reduced.

Granules and powders such as peels are excellent, and the amount of media input is preferably about 60 to 90% of the capacity of the polishing tank. Next, an abrasive in the form of liquid, paste, or powder made by mixing oil and fat with abrasive grains is added to the media 2, and the workpieces are not attached to the workpiece mounting jigs 23, 23° 23', 23'. Move the polishing tank 1 to the upper limit position,
By driving the drive source M connected to the pulley 6 and rotating the pulley 6, the spindles 17, 17', etc. are rotated (revolution and rotation), thereby the media 2 flows, and the media 2 and the abrasive are uniformly mixed, and the abrasive adheres to the surface of the media 2.

Therefore, the works 24, 24, 24', 24' rotate in forward and reverse directions (great revolution and small revolution) and these spindles 17.1
For example, the workpieces 24, 24, 24 in FIG.
The lower end of ', 24' is the workpiece mounting jig 23, 23.
', 23' moves its position to the upper end as it rotates,
Workpiece 24, 24, 2 for spindle 17.17'
The relative positions of 4' and 24' gradually change. During these rotations, the works 24, 24, 24', and 24' come into contact with the media stirred into a fluid state by these rotations in a mixed state, and the surfaces of the media are polished by the action of the abrasive on the media surface. However, work 24,2
4.24' and 24' rotate around the central axis of the cylindrical shaft body 5 and the central axis of the spindle 17°17', respectively, with the great revolution speed being higher than the small revolution speed, as described above. , workpiece mounting jig 23, 23, 23'
, 23' rotates around the axis of spindle 17.17
By changing the relative position to ', the surface can be polished uniformly.

The above-mentioned polishing machine rotates the planetary gear along its axis at a speed of 50 rpm or more, thereby causing the spindle connected to the planetary gear to revolve and rotate, thereby removing the workpiece attached to the spindle. is rotated, and the dry media filled in the polishing tank is agitated by the rotation of the spindle and the workpiece, thereby causing the dry media to flow at high speed, and the workpiece is polished by this high-speed flowing dry media. However, the movement of the work is that it makes a major revolution around a fixed shaft integrally with the spindle, a small revolution around the spindle or rotating shaft, and further rotates around the work mounting shaft. In this way, the workpiece rotates together with the revolution and rotation of the spindle, and also rotates separately from the rotation of the spindle, and the relative position of the workpiece to the spindle changes over time. The media hits the surface as evenly as possible, and the work surface is polished uniformly.

Moreover, in this case, in this polishing apparatus, the first rlf
The number of first planetary gears 18, 18' (7) is larger than that of the i constant gear 13, and the revolution speed of the spindle 17.17' is made larger than the rotation speed of the spindle 17.17'.
By making the rotational speed of 24', 24' relative to the center axis of the shaft body 5 greater than the rotational speed relative to the spindle 17. For certain workpieces such as spoons and ladles, the entire surface including the concave surface can be satisfactorily polished without the inconvenience of leaving polishing residue on the concave surface. In this case, in order to effectively achieve such effects, the gear ratio between the first fixed gear 13 and the first planetary gear 18,18' should be set to 1=1.

Furthermore, in the polishing method described above, the flow direction of the media near the inner circumferential wall of the polishing tank matches the direction of small revolution of the workpiece, so the flow of the media on the workpiece surface is smooth and the media can flow at high speed. The polished surface gives a good finished surface with stripes, and the entire workpiece can be polished evenly, and the spindle rotates on its own axis.

In the above polishing method, the drive of the drive source M is switched between forward and reverse at predetermined intervals, thereby switching the rotational movement between forward and reverse. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and rotation in only one direction is possible. The polishing may also be performed by. However, from the point of view of uniform polishing, it is preferable to rotate in the forward and reverse directions. In this case, it is preferable to switch the forward and reverse rotation once every 2 to 5 minutes and reverse the rotation once every 2 to 5 minutes. 1st year of junior high school

Furthermore, in the above-mentioned fluidized polishing method, an abrasive agent mixed with a small amount of oil and abrasive grains is added to the cloth media as an abrasive material every cycle of the polishing operation, and the surface of the media is coated with the abrasive agent during a preliminary operation. By coating the media, you can simply add abrasive when the media loses its abrasive power, so there is no need to replace the entire media.
This simplifies the overall operability. In this case, when coating the media with the abrasive, the spindle etc. revolve and rotate, which fluidizes the media and mixes the media and the abrasive evenly and reliably. Since the abrasive agent promotes the action of coating the media with the abrasive, the media can be coated with the abrasive easily and in a short time (usually 3 to 5 minutes). Also,
According to such a polishing method, the media is coated with new abrasive agent every cycle (one polishing operation).
Good polishing is achieved. Furthermore, by adopting this method,
Running costs are significantly reduced.

However, without adopting this method of adding abrasive,
It is also possible to use media whose surface is coated with oil and abrasive grains, and replace the entire media when its abrasive power decreases. Also, as the first media to be introduced, media whose surface has been coated with oil and abrasive grains may be used. From now on, use Ken 1! It is also possible to use a method in which an S agent is introduced.6 Note that conventionally known media, oils and fats, abrasive grains, etc. can be used. For example, the oils used include animal and vegetable mineral oils, various fatty acids, waxes, metal soaps, and various resins, and the abrasive grains used include alumina,
Silica stone, iron oxide, chromium oxide, alundum.

According to the present invention, the workpiece rotates together with the revolution and rotation of the spindle, the workpiece also rotates separately from the rotation of the spindle, and the relative position of the workpiece with respect to the spindle changes over time. The way the media hits the surface of the workpiece is made as even as possible, and deflections such as the media hitting only a certain part of the workpiece strongly or more, or conversely the media hitting weakly or less often are prevented as much as possible, so the workpiece surface is uniform. , evenly polished.

Furthermore, by increasing the number of gears in the planetary gear than in the fixed gear, and by making the spindle's rotation speed slower than its revolution speed, rather restricting changes in the posture of the workpiece at this point, it is possible to convert the workpiece with a relatively deep concave surface into a concave surface. It is possible to polish the entire surface uniformly, including the workpiece, and the polishing finish on concave surfaces of the workpiece can be greatly improved.
Moreover, driving energy can be reduced.

Moreover, by stirring the dry media filled in the polishing tank by the rotation of the spindle and the workpiece, the dry media can be flowed at high speed so that the flow direction near the inner circumferential wall of the polishing tank coincides with the small revolution direction of the spindle and the workpiece. This allows the media to flow smoothly over the workpiece surface, giving a good finished surface with striped surfaces even when the media is flowing at high speed, allowing the entire workpiece to be uniformly polished, and the spindle The force required for rotation and revolution can be reduced, and the device can therefore be downsized and labor can be saved.
