Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 弗素系樹脂よりなるフイルタ膜１を平膜の状態
    で、薬液使用温度よりも高いか或いは１００°Ｃ
    以上、前記フイルタ膜１を形成する弗素系樹脂の
    常用耐熱温度以下の温度でアニール処理した前記
    フイルタ膜１を用いて構成したことを特徴とする
    高温薬液用フイルタ。
