1 to 3 show a conventionally well-known vehicle antenna support device, 1A and 1A in FIG.
B and 1C have multiple stages (3 stages) that are expandable and retractable.
It is a type antenna rod. The base of the lowermost rod 1C is fixed to a rotating member 2, and the rotating member 2 is attached via a screw member 3 to a fixed member 4 so as to be rotatable within a range of 0° to 90°. As shown in FIG. 2, the fixing member 4 is placed on the vehicle through elastic mounting seats 5 and 6 at a suitable location, for example, on the top surface 7 of the roof plate, and is fixed with mounting bolts 8. Further, the antenna rods 1A, 1B, and 1C are connected to a feeder 9 arranged on the back side of the roof board.

The rotating member 2 is connected to a fixed member 4 as shown in FIG.
Both wall portions 2A and 2B that cover the upper portion 4A of the fixing member and sandwich the upper portion 4A of the fixing member have support holes 10 and 10B that support the base and tip portions of the screw member 3.
Further, the upper part 4A of the fixing member 4 is provided with a screw hole 11 into which the screw member 3 is screwed.
A bell spring washer is inserted between the upper portion 4A of the fixing member 2 and one wall portion 2A of the fixing member 2. Then, by tightening the screw member 3, the head 3A of this screw member 3

However, in the conventional device having such a configuration, when a strong torque is generated in the rotating member 2 due to wind pressure or other external force while the vehicle is running, the head 3A of the screw member 3 and the wall of the rotating member 2 are damaged. 2A, between the bellows spring washer 12 and the wall 2A, and between the bellows spring washer 12 and the fixing member 4.
The problem was that it rotated. Furthermore, in order to adjust the angular positions of the antenna rods 1A, 1B, and 1C, all that is needed is to loosen the screw member 3, rotate the rotating member 2 to the desired position, and then tighten the screw member 3 again. However, there are cases where the rotating member 2 is forcibly rotated without loosening the screw member 3, and in this case as well, slips occur at each press-contact location. Each time such slippage is repeated, the rotating member 2 becomes more and more easily rotated, and the tightening of the screw member 3 becomes ineffective.

The threaded member 23 is threaded only on the outer periphery of the small diameter portion 23A, and the diameter of the head 23B is set to a size that allows it to be inserted into the hole 25 of the rotating member 22 without contact. . The screw member 23 passes through the hole 25 and the insertion hole 24 of the fixing member 21 and is screwed into the screw hole 26. A washer 27 and a compression coil spring 28 are wound around the screw member 23, and the washer 27 is attached to the fixed member upper part 21.
A and the wall portion 22B of the rotating member 22, and the compression coil spring 28 is interposed between the fixed member upper portion 21A and the head 23B of the screw member 23, respectively. Note that both ends of the coil spring 28 are connected to the fixing member upper part 21A and the screw member head 23B by pressure contact, respectively.

With the above configuration, each end of the coil spring 28 is connected to the head 23B of the screw member 23 and the upper part of the fixed member by screwing the screw member 23 to the rotating member 22 while the coil spring 28 is compressed. At the same time, a strong pressure contact force is generated between the fixed member upper part 21A and the washer 27, and between the wall portion 22B of the rotating member 22 and the washer 27, and the rotating member 22 and therefore the antenna rod are moved freely. It will now be held in the angular position. Therefore, when a strong torque is generated on the rotating member 22 due to wind pressure or other external force while the vehicle is running, the rotating member 22 and the antenna rod will rotate, but at this time, the screw member 23 will also rotate with the rotating member 22. Rotate as one. Also, at this time, slipping occurs between the washer 27 and the wall portion 22B of the rotating member 22 or between the washer 27 and the upper part 21A of the fixed member, but the coil spring 28
The coil spring 28 does not slip with respect to either the screw member 23 or the fixed member 21, and the coil spring 28 is elastically deformed exclusively in the torsional direction by mutual rotation of the screw member 23 and the rotating member 21. Therefore, when the external force is removed, the rotating member 22 and the antenna rod return to their original angular positions due to the torsional restoring force of the coil spring 28, and this angle is stably maintained. In addition, the angular position of the antenna rod can be adjusted by simply loosening the screw member 23 and then tightening it again. coil spring 2
8 is twisted and deformed and simply returns to its original position when the hand is released, so the tightening effect of the screw member 23 is not impaired and none of the parts are damaged.

Note that the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. For example, in the embodiment described above, the washer 27 was used, but the washer 27 is not necessarily necessary and may be omitted. In addition, the washer 27
Another compression coil spring may be inserted instead. Further, in the embodiment described above, the case where both ends of the compression coil spring 28 are simply brought into pressure contact with the head 23B of the screw member 23 and the upper part 21A of the fixing member 21 and coupled is illustrated, but the screw member 23 and the fixing member By providing a small hole on the 21 side and inserting and locking both ends of the compression coil spring 28 into the small hole, the space between the compression coil spring 28, the screw member 23, and the fixed member 21 when the rotation member 22 is rotated is reduced. It may also be possible to more reliably prevent slips.

When a strong external force (rotational force) is applied to the antenna rod, the rotating member and screw member will rotate together with the antenna rod.
At this time, the compression coil spring does not slip against either the screw member or the fixed member.
It is elastically deformed in the torsional direction depending on the relative rotation angle between the screw member and the fixed member. When the external force is removed, the screw member, rotating member, and antenna rod are returned to their original positions by the restoring force of the compression coil spring. Therefore, even if the support mechanism is improperly handled, there is no risk of damage to the support mechanism, and the tightening effect of the screw member will not be impaired.
