- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁歪検出コイルにより磁歪金属板上の位置
を検出する位置検出カーソルであつて、前記磁歪
検出コイル直下の前記磁歪金属板を飽和磁化する
ための円筒状磁石を設けたことを特徴とする位置
検出カーソル。 (2) 前記円筒状磁石が永久磁石であつて、前記
永久磁石を前記磁歪検出コイルの周囲に設け、前
記磁歪金属板上に下降移動できるよう上下動を可
能にしたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
囲第(1)項の位置検出カーソル。
