Claims (1)
- 先端が常時負圧を有する被測定ガス内に挿入さ
れる取付け外管と、この取付け外管内に挿入され
前記取付け外管との間にパツキンを介して大気圧
を遮断する本体プローブと、この本体プローブ内
に設けられた計数管本体と、前記取付け外管の先
端と前記計数管本体の入射窓部との間に介在する
マイラ膜および他のパツキンとを有するＧＭ計数
管において、前記本体プローブに設けられた通気
穴と、前記他のパツキンに設けられ前記通気穴を
経た大気圧を前記入射窓部とマイラ膜との間に導
入するための通気溝と、マイラ膜の表面に固着さ
れ前記マイラ膜の移動を防止する金網部材とを備
えたことを特徴とするＧＭ計数管。
