- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 密閉容器に収納する液浸形電気装置ととも
に冷却液に浸して密閉容器を貫通させる引出端子
導体の引出端に半導体素子を、その電極端を接触
させて接続してなることを特徴とする密封端子装
置。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のもの
において、引出端子導体が密閉容器内の冷却液に
浸る部分に冷却フインを備えてなる密封端子装置
。
