- ゲインの等しい２つの増幅器と、該２つの増幅
器の入力端子間に挿入されたホトダイオード及び
該ホトダイオードと逆方向のダイオードと、前記
増幅器の各出力を入力し、比較するコンパレータ
とを有してなることを特徴とする光検出装置。
