分離環8で区分されるので、これらのうず巻形状
は常に一重に保たれる為、テープがからまつたり
する事なくスムーズに引き出し、又は収納でき
る。本案は上述のつるまきバネ収納ブタの軸固定
部5と、テープ収納ブタの軸二又部7を、連結す
るか、又は同一の軸棒を使用して分離環8を同軸
上で両収納ブタの間に入れ、第2図で示す如く、
上下より固定ネジ12でとめて三者を一体に固定
する事により完成する。本案は、上述の構造を有
し、テープ出入口より金具と共に出ている一方の
テープを引つ張ると他方のテープも同時に同じ長
さだけ出てくる。これはテープ全体の長さを半分
に折つて巻き取つてある為、一方が10cmでれば他
方も同様に10cm出て計20cm出てくる原理によるも
のである。逆に、巻き取る場合も同様で軸が円周
10cm巻き取る動きをすれば計20cm収納できる。従
つて従来の自動巻き取りに比べて2倍のスピード
で引つ張り出し、及び巻き取りができる特徴をも
つ。この為、牽引ロープに使用する場合、迅速に
車間距離に反応できるので、ロープがたるむ事な
く常にピンと張つた状態を保つことができるか
ら、ロープをいためたり、ロープを車輪に巻つけ
たりする心配がなく、安心して牽引できる長所を
持つものである。本案は、又テープが軸二又部7
で半分の長さに折れている構造であるから、テー
プ全長が収納ブタより目一杯引つぱり出される場
合、第5図のイからロの状態となり、つるまきバ
ネ、及び収納ブタの構造が強度とは全く無関係
に、テープ自体の引つ張り強度が、どれだけの重
さのものを引つ張れるかが、強度の決定要因とな
る。従つて、軸棒、バネ及び収納ブタ等、不要な
部分の強度を上げることは、全く不要とし、テー
プ自体の強度を上げる事により、容易に用途に合
つた強度を提供でき、テープをかえるだけで、物
干し用から牽引ロープ用に容易に変更できる特徴
をもつ。本案は上述の特徴をもつ一方、取り扱い
も極めて簡単である。即ちテープを、金具の側面
のすき間より差し込んで金具に通し、輪をつく
り、どこにでもひつかける事ができるものであ
る。又形状は5mテープの牽引ロープの場合12〜
3cm径で、深さ7〜8cmの円柱形に収めることが
でき、極めてコンパクトで場所をとらず、乱暴に
持ち運びしてもロープがからんだりせず、即時使
用できる長所をもつ。従来の自動巻き取りは、軸
とロープの固定が、長期間の使用、又は急激な力
によつてゆるんできたり、固定部がはなれたりし
て、自動巻き取りが不可能になる故障が多いが、
本案は上述の通りテープに直接力が加わるので、
その種の故障は全くおこらないもので、従来に比
べ耐久性に優れるものである。
