    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ねじに締付け用回転を与える駆動源の外殻ケー
    スに軸線方向の延長部を設け、この延長部を静止
    部により回転自在に支持させ、位相を１８０°だ
    け距てられた対向し合う部位のうちの一方が上記
    静止部に、他方が上記外殻ケースに連なつていて
    締付けトルクにより撓まされる可撓リングを設け
    、この可撓リングの厚さを、該リングに加わる曲
    げモーメントが小さい側より大きい側に向つて増
    大させ、光源と該光源よりの光を受ける位置検出
    用半導体素子とより成る光学的位置検出センサを
    上記外殻ケースと上記静止部との間に介在させた
    ことを特徴とする、ねじ締め機におけるねじの締
    付けトルク検出装置。
