Claims (1)
- 分光手段を有する単一の光源と、照射光を導く
光路と、この光路の端面を開放しこの光路の端面
と対向する面に反射鏡を取付けた計測窓と、前記
反射鏡から再度前記計測窓を通過した反射光を受
光ダイオードへ伝送する光路とを有する湿り度計
測装置において、気流が通過する前記計測窓の底
面を前記気流が等エントロピ圧縮となるような凹
面に形成するとともに、前記気流の入口部分を鋭
角に形成してなることを特徴とする湿り度計測装
置。
