Claims (1)
- サンプルガスが導入されるセルの一端側に光源
を設ける一方、セルの他端側に光学フイルタを設
けて、当該光学フイルタの透過位置側と反射位置
側にそれぞれ検出器を設けたことを特徴とするガ
ス分析計。
