Claims (1)
- 薄膜トランジスタをマトリクス状に配置した薄
膜基板と、該薄膜基板の各画素毎に形成分割され
た駆動用電極によりスイツチング制御される液晶
層と、ガラス基板上にカラーフイルタを配置した
対向基板とを夫々積層配置した液晶デイスプレイ
パネルにおいて、前記薄膜トランジスタの配置位
置と対応する対向基板側表面に光吸収層と光反射
層とからなる光遮蔽層を形成するとともに、光反
射層は光吸収層よりも対向基板側に形成されてい
ることを特徴とする液晶デイスプレイパネル。
