Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 導電パターンを形成した基板に該導電パタ
ーンに則して複数の発光ダイオードを設けた発光
ダイオードランプを、ストツプランプ用ケーシン
グに取付けてなる自動車用ストツプランプであつ
て、ケーシングの内面中、少なくとも当該発光ダ
イオードランプを取り巻く状態で、光進行方向に
延在して設けてなる光ガイドの内面の任意の箇所
を光反射性としてなることを特徴とする自動車用
ストツプランプ。 (2) ケーシングの光反射性とする部分が、前記
光ガイドの底部内面であることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項記載の自動車用スト
ツプランプ。 (3) 光ガイドが、シール材よりなることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項または第(
2)項記載の自動車用ストツプランプ。 (4) 光ガイドが筒状である実用新案登録請求の
範囲第(1)〜(3)項のいずれかに記載の自動車用ス
トツプランプ。 (5) 前記発光ダイオードは、活性層のキヤリア
濃度が１０１５〜１０１９／cm３で、ダブルヘテ
ロ構造を有し、上記電極がこの電極から水平かつ
放射方向に延びる少なくとも１つの棒状電極を有
するものであることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第(1)〜(4)項のいずれかに記載の自動車
用ストツプランプ。
