Claims (1)
- 板状の圧電素子の先端部に錘を設け、該圧電素
子の基部を弾性材を介して被測定物に固定する本
体で保持してなり該圧電素子の出力信号より該被
測定物の振動を検出する振動ピツクアツプにおい
て、該圧電素子をその長手方向の中心を軸として
該本体の取付面に対して３０〜６０度の範囲の角
度で傾斜させてなる振動ピツクアツプ。
