Claims (1)
- 金属製基板の少なくとも一面に表裏に電極が形
成された圧電素子板を貼着してなり、該圧電素子
板に交番電圧を印加することにより湾曲振動する
電歪振動板と、該電歪振動板から延設した気流に
対向するブレードと、振動系の振幅を検出する圧
電検出層とを備え、圧電検出層からの信号出力に
基づき風速を算出する風速センサーにおいて、前
記金属製基板を延出して、該延出部をブレードと
したことを特徴とする圧電式風速センサー。
