型枠に関する。DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Industrial Application Field) This invention is directed to a side IW that covers side gutters constructed on both sides of a road.
tM, and relates to a method for forming a concrete gutter cover that includes a soundproofing buffer member at least at the contact portion with the hook of the gutter, that is, the bottom surface of the cover, and a forming form used in the method.

。(Conventional technique @) In recent years, the amount of vehicle traffic has increased rapidly, and on narrow roads, vehicles pass over the side ditches. Therefore, as the vehicle passes by, the gutter cover bounces and generates noise, so gutter covers have come into circulation that have a soundproofing shock absorbing member attached to the contact area with the hook of the gutter, that is, the bottom surface of the cover.

。There are two ways to attach soundproofing cushioning materials: one is to attach them to the factory-produced lid using adhesive, etc. in a later process;
Conventionally, there has been a method of integrally attaching the buffer member at the time of pouring concrete in a factory, but the latter method was superior in view of issues such as time and installation strength.

That is, after forming the mold, concrete is poured to the thickness of the gutter cover, and the top surface is finished with a trowel. After that, the buffer member is pushed into the surface of the poured concrete with the back side with the engagement convex part for preventing peeling facing down, and is again troweled and removed from the mold after the concrete hardens. It was a method.

In this case, four parts are formed on the molding plate that forms the lid side part, and the buffer member is fitted into the gate part, and it is supported so as not to fall by clips or other clamping members that are inserted together with the formwork, and after the concrete is poured. The clamping member was promptly removed.

That is, a molding frame is formed so that the surface and bottom parts of the gutter cover are molded in a vertical direction, and a molding plate that forms the molding frame includes at least an inner surface of the molding plate that molds the bottom part of the gutter lid. , a mounting means is formed to support a portion of the buffer member and attach the buffer member along the plate surface thereof. Then, the buffer member is attached to the attachment means in advance so that the back surface thereof faces inside, and the engagement protrusion for preventing peeling provided on the back surface is inserted into the molding chamber formed by the molding frame. Fix it so that it sticks out so it doesn't fall.

can be attached so as to support a part of the buffer member 13 and run along the plate surface thereof. In this embodiment, the opening has a width that fits the buffer member 13 and a depth that is shorter than its thickness, and the opening is narrower from the inside so as to correspond to the tapered side surface 16 of the buffer member 13. It has a tapered recess that can support both sides of the buffer member 16. Although the four parts of the molded plate 12 are formed to extend from end to end in the vertical direction at both ends of the molded plate 12, the four parts are not limited to this, and for example, the molded plate 12
It is also possible to form only the four corners or the required number of pieces. Further, in the molded plate 9 as well, the four parts may be formed so as to extend from end to end at both end portions thereof. By means of these attachment means 14, the buffer member 13 attached to the molded plate 12 is fixed to its inner surface and will not fall inward, and the buffer member 13 attached to the molded plate 9 can be fixed even if concrete is poured. Even if there is a shock, it will be fixed without shifting due to the impact.

It's not a thing.

In some cases, the member 13 is formed in a reversely warped shape so that the surface side protrudes, so that the warp can be suppressed.

Also, it is not necessarily limited to taking a large number of g
In extreme cases, it is also possible to apply the method to a single-cavity formwork.1 The same effect can be expected if a large number of single-cavity formworks implementing the present invention are lined up in contact with each other and concrete is poured. .

The side gutter cover does not necessarily have to be provided with the cylindrical member 13 on its side surface. Therefore, the molding frame 2 has a molding plate for molding at least the bottom part of the gutter cover.
It is sufficient that a means for attaching the buffer member 13 is provided.

The installation area of the formwork for each molded product is small, and a large number of molded products can be efficiently manufactured and nailed even in a small workshop. In addition, the work of pouring concrete becomes easier and requires less effort, and the work can be carried out by a small number of people since there are fewer parts to be finished with trowels.

Components can be attached.

It is possible to form gutter covers with great soundproofing effects.
