    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 表面に樹脂テープが貼りつけられたリードフレ
    ームにおいて、前記テープは短く分割され、各片
    は互いに重なることなくインナーリードにほぼ直
    角かつ前記インナーリード先端からの距離がほぼ
    一定になるように固定され、前記各片の端部で固
    定された前記インナーリードは少なくとも２片の
    それぞれの端部で固定され、かつ全てのインナー
    リード及びタイバーを固定されていることを特徴
    とする半導体装置用リードフレーム。
