- 吊りリードによつて保持されたアイランドおよ
びタイバーによつて連結されたリードを有する半
導体装置用のリードフレームにおいて、前記タイ
バーにリード並列方向に延在する突条を一体に設
けたことを特徴とするリードフレーム。
