Claims (1)
- レーザトリミング装置のトリミング目標値と測
定値とを比較する比較回路の出力でレーザ光を止
めるレーザ光制御回路において、サンプリングパ
ルス発生用の発振器と、このサンプリングパルス
の前縁と同期して前記比較回路の出力を保持する
ためのフリツプフロツプと、このフリツプフロツ
プの出力と前記サンプリングパルスとを入力とす
るアンド回路と、該アンド回路からのパルス状出
力の後縁でトリガされる単安定マルチバイブレー
タとを含むことを特徴とするレーザトリミング装
置のレーザ光制御回路。
