どうしの接続には何ら障害とはならない。 FIG. 1 is a front view of the self-supporting inductor, and FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line A-A' in FIG. In these figures, numerals 1 and 2 each represent a single inductor, both of which are formed with the same configuration as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. That is, FIG. 3 is a plan view of a single inductor at the stage where a metal film is provided, and FIG. 4 is a vertical cross-sectional view of a completed single inductor, which is made of polyimide, Teflon, etc. with protrusions 3 formed in the plane direction. , a spiral linear metal film 5 forming a coil is provided on a resin sheet 4 having flexibility and heat resistance such as BT resin, and a metal film 6 forming a first electrode continuously at the center thereof. Further, a metal film 7 that is continuous with the end of the linear metal film 5 and forms a second electrode on the protrusion 3 is provided so as to cover the entire surface of the metal film 6 and the end of the metal film 7. Solder layers 8 and 9 are provided thereon, and these are entirely covered with a heat-meltable insulating film 10 made of urethane resin or the like. Such a single inductor is formed by forming a plurality of metal films with the same pattern on a resin sheet of a predetermined size, and then punching the sheet into a predetermined shape. Also,
These metal films are provided with an appropriate metal such as copper by an appropriate method such as an etching method, a vapor deposition method, a sputtering method, or the like. In the self-standing inductor of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a pair of independent inductors having such a configuration are arranged so that the protruding parts 3 of the sheet 4 are on the same side, and The metal films 7 forming the provided second electrodes are placed in positions where they do not overlap each other, and the sheet surfaces on which the metal films are provided are brought into contact with each other so as to face each other. The solder layer 8 is melted by heating and pressurizing the portion corresponding to the position of the metal film 6 forming the first electrode, thereby electrically connecting the metal films 6 to each other and fixing the pair of inductors 1 and 2. It is.
In this case, a coating such as urethane resin is present on the metal film 6, but since this coating is heat-fusible, it is removed by heat pressurization.
There is no obstacle to connection between them.

For example, the solder layer 9 on the metal film 7 forming the second electrode is not necessarily essential, and the insulating film 10 covering the metal film may not be made of heat-melting material such as urethane resin. For example, epoxy resin may be used. In these cases,
Needless to say, the metal films 6 and 7 forming the first and second electrodes are not coated with an insulating film. Further, the outer shape of the resin sheet 4 and the pattern of the linear metal film 5 are not limited to the square shape shown in the drawings, but may also be arbitrarily set to other shapes such as a circular shape. Furthermore, after a pair of individual inductors are butted against each other and fixed, the entire inductor except for the protruding portion attached to the printed circuit board may be covered with an exterior material. It is also possible to provide a hole in the center of the inductor and insert the core through the hole.
