Lightly bring the tip of the member 12 into contact with the punch mIA (see Figure 4).At this time, as shown in Figure 5, each mold member 12 of the movable upper mold 8 is locked with the mold frame 10. has come off, and a slight gap is created between the locking step portion 11 and the locking lug 13. After that, fluid pressure cylinder 2! , and press the press bar 15 against the guide rail 1B and the upper guide piece 1.
The movable upper mold is moved forward in the 8 direction along lines 9-20. Then, the pressure bar! The mold member 12 of the movable upper die 8 is gradually pressed in the engagement direction while being guided by the pressing guide surface 17 of the movable upper die 8, and the die member 12 of the movable upper die 8 is successively engaged with the die member 5 of the lower die 3 while bending the punching wire mesh A. along with forming it into a waveform,
The lower surface of the pressing bar 15 is pressed and held in a mating state (
(See FIG. 6), and at this time, the mold members 5 and 12 are properly engaged by locking the locking ears 13 of the mold member 12 with the locking steps 11 of the mold frame 10. .
