Conventionally, in a heat insulating box such as a refrigerator box, a flange 22 is formed at the opening edge of an outer box 21 as shown in FIG.
Partition plate 2 having flanges 23, 24 similar to 2
5 are provided by spot welding to the flange 22 of the outer box 21, and each flange 22, 23, 24 of the outer box 21 and the partition plate 25 is provided with an inner body such as the inner box 26 and the heat insulating frame 27. flange 28,2
9 are overlapped and joined together, and a sealing material 30 such as hot melt is added from the back side to the corner portions of the inner body flanges 28 and 29 to seal the portions. The entire box is manufactured by injecting the undiluted solution of foam insulation material (not shown), foaming, and filling, and the outer box into which the partition plate 25 is spot-welded. The flange 22 of No. 21 has cutout portions 31, 31, respectively, in which the flange 22 is cut out for insertion and movement of the welding electrode (not shown).
A relatively large notch 32 is formed.

た。[Problems with the background art] In the case of the above conventional one, the flange 2 of the outer box 21
Although the spot welding work of the partition plate 25 to the inner body flanges 28 and 2 can be easily carried out because the movement of the welding electrode is relatively free, the inner body flanges 28 and 2
Regarding the corner seal 9, a large amount of the sealing material 30 flows from there to the center of the notch 32 of the outer box flange 22 without being stopped by anything,
Multiple layers of sealing material 3 in anticipation of the flow.
There is a problem that 0 is required, and the notch location 31
The opening edge of the notch 31 must be punched while preventing it from warping or opening, and the molding becomes complicated and expensive. A considerable amount of warping and opening occurs, and due to this warping and opening, a gap is created in the overlapping portion of the outer box flange 22 and the inner body flanges 28 and 29, and the sealing material 30 leaks to the outside from there, resulting in a decrease in quality. There was even the issue of causing problems.

Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a refrigerator box will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. First, in FIG. The indoor box 4 is a freezer cooler which is also an inner box for the freezer compartment, and 5 is a thermal insulation frame for the freezer compartment.
Specifically, the outer box 1 has a vertically elongated rectangular box shape, and is open at the front, and a flange 6 having a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 2 is provided inside the opening edge. is formed. Small holes 7 are formed in each of the flanges 6 at the portions where the partition plates 2, which will be described in detail next, are to be spot welded. Now, the above-mentioned partition plate 2 has a horizontally long rectangular plate shape, and the outer box 1 is attached to both upper and lower edges in the non-longitudinal direction.
Flanges 8 and 9 having a U-shaped cross section are formed similarly to the flange 6 of , and a partition plate 2 having flanges 8 and 9 formed in this way is arranged above the front opening of the outer box 1. Then, after fitting the left and right ends in the longitudinal direction into the flange 6 and overlapping the flange 6, one of the electrodes for spot welding (not shown) is applied to the partition plate 2 through the small hole 7, and the other is applied to the lower surface of the flange 6 to pinch the partition plate 2 and the flange 6, and in this state, a large current is passed between the electrodes and spot welding is performed to weld the partition plate 2 to the flange 6 at each point. On the other hand, the inner box 3 for the refrigerator compartment, the inner box 4 for the freezer compartment, and the heat insulating frame 5 are all interior bodies for the outer box 1, and the inner box 3 for the refrigerator compartment and the inner box 4 for the freezer compartment are vertical, respectively. It has a rectangular box shape with different dimensions, and a heat insulating frame 5.
has a rectangular frame shape, and a flange 1 is provided at the front opening edge of the heat insulating frame 5 and the refrigerator compartment inner box 3, respectively.
0 and 11 are formed. Inner box for refrigerator compartment 3
The entire body is housed in the area below the partition plate 2 in the outer box 1, and the flange 11 is fitted into the flange 6 of the outer case 1 and the flange 9 of the partition plate 2, so that it overlaps with the flanges 6 and 9. On the other hand, the entire heat insulating frame 5 is housed in a portion above the partition plate 2 in the outer box 1, and the flange 10 is fitted into the flange 6 of the outer box 1 and the flange 8 of the partition plate 2. In this state, a sealing material 12 such as hot melt is added to each corner of the flanges 10 and 11 from the small hole 7 of the flange 6 to the flanges 8 and 9. ing. The entirety of the inner box 4 for the freezer compartment is housed in a portion above the partition plate 2 in the outer box 1 and joined to the heat insulating frame 5, and in this state, there is a gap between the inner box and the outer box 1. A stock solution of a foamed heat insulating material (not shown) is injected, foamed, and filled.

できる。 In the case of this embodiment configured as described above, not only can leakage of the foam insulation material be prevented, but also the spot welding of the partition plate 2 to the flange 6 of the outer box 1 can be prevented. Only a small hole 7 is drilled in each case for inserting the welding electrode, and these small holes 7 not only allow welding work to be performed without any trouble, but also provide a seal, unlike conventional large notches. Since the flange 6 of the outer box 1, especially the end edge 6a, may be left between the parts where the sealant 12 is added (between the two small holes 7 parts), do not apply the added sealant 12 to other parts. The flow is blocked by this, and a large amount of the sealing material 12 does not flow to areas other than where it is needed. Therefore, the amount of the sealing material 12 is not required as much as in the past, and the amount used can be reduced. Moreover, according to the small hole 7, the flange 6
There is no warping or opening like in the past, and it is possible to use a simple mold that does not require consideration of these deformations, which makes it cheaper, and in addition, the flange 6 Since the sealing material 1 does not warp or open, there is no gap between the overlapping parts of the flanges 10 and 11.
The leakage of No. 2 can also be eliminated, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, and from this, quality can be improved.

As is clear from the above, the present invention has an outer box that is open at the front and has a flange formed at the edge of the opening, and a flange similar to the flange of the outer box, which is spot-welded to the flange of the outer box. an inner box and a heat insulating frame, which have flanges at the edge of the opening and are joined to each other by overlapping the flanges of the outer box and the partition plate; In the case of an insulating box body comprising a sealing material added to the flange corner portion of the body from the back side and a heat insulating material injected and foam-filled between the outer box and the inner body, the partition of the outer box flange It is characterized by having small holes drilled in each part of the plate to be spot welded for insertion of the welding electrode, which not only makes the welding work easier, but also Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of sealing material used without dispensing a large amount of sealing material, and at the same time, it is possible to simplify the cutting die, thereby reducing mold costs and product prices. This has various excellent effects, such as eliminating leakage of the sealing material to the outside and improving quality.
