    を検出する歪検出手段をさらに備えたことを特徴
    とするワイヤーソー用ケーブル駆動装置。 ２ 歪検出手段が、切削用ケーブルにかかる引張
    り荷重に応じて生じるケーブル駆動プーリー回転
    軸の装置フレームに対する揺動を検出するもので
    ある、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のワイ
    ヤーソー用ケーブル駆動装置。 ３ 歪検出手段が、ケーブル駆動プーリー回転軸
