Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、粉粒体運搬車における搬出筒の格納
構造に関するものである。
一般に粉粒体運搬車は特開昭57−107929に示さ
れるように、車枠上に搭載された収容タンク内の
粉粒体をスクリユコンベアなどの搬送装置により
サイロ等外部へ排出するようにしている。
この搬送装置は、タンク後部に立設された第１
排出筒と、該第１排出筒に対し旋回、起伏自在な
第２排出筒と、これらの第１、第２排出筒内に装
備されたスクリユコンベアとよりなり、走行時に
は第２排出筒は収容タンク２上に載置されるよう
になつている。
ところで、運輸省令「道路運送車両の保安基
準」によつて全長、全高等は一定以下に制限され
ており、その結果前述した従来技術にあつては第
２排出筒の直径分タンクを低くしなければなら
ず、その分タンク容積が減少するという欠点があ
る。
本発明は、かかる問題を解消するためのもので
以下図面により本発明の実施例について説明する
と、粉粒体運搬車の車体枠１上には、粉粒体収容
タンク２が搭載されており、このタンク２の上面
には、蓋体３によつて開閉されるマンホール４が
開口されている。また車体枠１の後端には前記収
容タンク２に下部が連通した旋回可能な搬送筒５
が、略収容タンク２の上面を越えない範囲で収容
タンク２の中心より若干片側に偏位した位置に立
設されている。そして、該搬送筒５の上端には搬
出筒６が軸支７され、前記搬送筒５の旋回により
収容タンク２の後方近傍を旋回可能に取付られて
いる。また搬送筒５と搬出筒６間には伸縮シリン
ダ８が連結され、この伸縮シリンダ８の伸縮作動
により搬出筒６を上下に起伏することができる。
なお搬出筒６の先端下方には排出口９が開口さ
れ、収容タンク２内の粉粒体を外部へ搬出するこ
とができる。また搬出筒６は走行状態では前記搬
送筒５の上端から、先端を斜下方に傾斜した状態
で収納できるよう構成されている。
以上実施例により明らかなように、本発明によ
れば、タンクの高さを上げ、かつ保安基準の範囲
内でタンク容積を拡大でき、運送効率を高めると
ともに、搬送筒、搬出筒等従来の搬送機能をそこ
なわずに前記収容タンクの後方の幅員内にコンパ
クトに格納できるものである。

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 粉粒体収容タンクの後部に、内部にスクリユ
    コンベアを配設した搬送筒を旋回自在に立設し、
    該搬送筒の搬送端に、内部にスクリユコンベアを
    配設した搬出筒を軸支した粉粒体運搬車におい
    て、前記搬送筒と搬出筒の軸支部を、前記収容タ
    ンクの上面より下方に位置するように配設すると
    ともに、走行時搬出筒先端に開口された排出口を
    収容タンク後方近傍の幅員内に格納し得るように
    構成した粉粒体運搬車の搬出筒格納構造。
