- パン生地の練成、発酵及び焼成を行なう製パン
機において、パン生地を収納するパン容器６、上
面に開口６１を設け、この開口６１上方の本体１
の上面に赤外線は反射し、可視光線は透過する熱
反射材をコーテイングした耐熱性ガラスよりなる
のぞき窓１４を設けたことを特徴とする製パン機
。
