Claims (1)
- 回転軸に保持される第１摺動部材と、ボデイ部
材に嵌装される保持器に保持される第２摺動部材
と、該第２摺動部材を前記第１摺動部材に圧接さ
せるスプリングとを備え、該スプリングの付勢に
よつて前記第１摺動部材と第２摺動部材との摺動
面をシールするメカニカルシールにおいて、前記
第１摺動部材は、セラミツク材にて成形され外側
部が多孔質材、内側部がち密質材によつて夫々形
成され、該外側部と内側部とを接合にて一体化し
てなる、メカニカルシール。
