Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a paving material retaining water permeability by bringing the back face of a water permeable ceramic plate with a bonding agent partly on the back face in contact to an uncured water permeable concrete surface, fixing by pressure and bonding. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent 8 is provided partly on the back face of a water permeable ceramic plate 9. As the bonding agent, uncured cement mortar of appropriate viscosity can be used. The back face of the water permable ceramic plate 9 has a parallel channel type in section of recessed and projected form. Uncured cement mortar passes through a through-hole 5 of a pallet 7 for mortar, and is applied partly on the water permeable ceramic plate 9. Surplus uncured cement mortar on a plane plate section 4 is removed by the pallet to uniform the thickness and applied. Then, the back face of the water permeable ceramic plate 9 constituted partly of uncured cement mortar is brought into contact, and both are fixed by pressure by adding vibration and pressure to be cured securely.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Since the conventional method is as described above, first, an example is described in which a concrete base material having a large number of drainage holes and a porous ceramic plate are connected by bolts. However, when connecting the two with bolts, insertion holes must be provided in both to insert the bolts. At this time, if the concrete base material is provided with a large number of drainage holes, it is difficult and practically impossible to provide the bolt insertion holes separately from the drainage holes. Further, even if the two are connected by bolts, the insertion holes for the ports 1 to 1 are likely to be damaged by a slight impact, so that the connected state cannot be maintained at all. Also,
Porous ceramic plates have exposed holes 2 on the surface, which spoils the aesthetic appearance.・Karu.

Second, a method of bonding the two with an adhesive is disclosed, but even if a porous ceramic plate is bonded to a curing-hardened concrete base material with many drainage holes, there is no adhesive layer at the boundary between the two. Since there is a slight amount of , it is unavoidable that the two will immediately separate due to a slight impact. Further, since the porous ceramic plate is a ceramic plate, the surface has warpage or unevenness, and a large amount of adhesive must be used to accommodate the warpage or unevenness. In addition, the cement components in the concrete flow out onto the surface of the concrete base shrine and react with carbon dioxide gas in the air to generate powder such as calcium carbonate, which inhibits the adhesive effect. To solve this problem, the surface of the concrete base material must be treated before bonding, which is time-consuming.

(Another Means to Solve the Problems) The present invention involves filling a mold with uncured water-permeable cement concrete, and partially applying an adhesive on the back side of a water-permeable ceramic plate. The method is characterized in that the back surface of a water-permeable ceramic plate is brought into contact with the surface of the water-permeable cement concrete, and the water-permeable cement I-concrete and the water-permeable ceramic plate are bonded together by pressure.

As shown in FIG. 2, the other side of the mortar pallet 7 is brought into contact with the back surface of the water-permeable ceramic plate 9, and adhesive 8 is applied. In this example, since uncured cement 1-mortar having an appropriate viscosity is used as the adhesive 8, after application, the mortar bullet 7 is removed, vibration is applied, and uncured cement 1-mortar The water-permeable ceramic plate 9 is impregnated with the liquid. Further, the back surface of the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 has an uneven cross section and a parallel groove type. Further, the unhardened cement mortar passes through the passage hole 5 of the pareso l-7 for mortar, and the excess unhardened cement mortar on the flat plate part 4 is partially passed through the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 using a spatula or the like. It is removed and applied to an even thickness.

In addition, all the water-permeable ceramic plates 9 to be used can be cleaned by simply bringing the ceramic plate guide 6' into contact with the back periphery of the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 and applying uncured cement mortar.
Can be applied in similar locations. Furthermore, the mortar outflow prevention guide 6 prevents uncured cement mortar from flowing out. In addition, if the viscosity of unhardened cement mortar is strong, a flow enhancer may be sprayed to increase the fluidity of the unhardened cement mortar at the contact surface between the unhardened water permeable cement concrete 3 and the water permeable ceramic plate 9. The bonding area is increased by applying vibration, and the bonding area is temporarily applied to increase penetration.

After that, the uncured water permeable cement mortar-1
The back surface of the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 partially coated with unhardened cement mortar is brought into contact with the surface of -3, and by applying vibration and pressure, the unhardened cement mortar is impregnated into the water-permeable cement concrete 3. , and the water-permeable cement concrete 1 and 3 are adhered to the water-permeable ceramic plate 9, and both are hardened and firmly fixed. At this time, since the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 is a fired product, a one-method error occurs, but since the unhardened cement mortar and the unhardened water-permeable cement concrete 3 flow into the area where the dimensional error occurs and harden, the above-mentioned Can eliminate dimensional errors. Further, as a pressurizing means, a plate or the like is brought into contact with the surface of the formwork 2, and the bottom surface of the formwork 2 is pressurized by an elevating plate 11 via screws 1 to 2. At this time, the pressure is 10 g / cot~], 5k

Thereafter, the bottom surface of the formwork 2 is raised or lowered, and the uncured water permeable paving material 1 is removed from the mold and hardened to form the water permeable paving material 1. At this time, since the uncured water-permeable cement concrete 3 must face upward, it is desirable to cover the surface side of the water-permeable ceramic plate 9 with a covering material such as rubber or paper.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the method for manufacturing a water-permeable pavement material according to the present invention, the back surface of a water-permeable ceramic plate partially coated with an adhesive is applied to the surface of water-permeable cement concrete in an uncured state. The water-permeable cement concrete and the water-permeable ceramic plate are bonded and bonded together to produce a water-permeable paving material. The necessary connections can be made. Therefore, water does not accumulate on the pavement surface paved using this permeable paving material, and there is no problem with water ingress, making it possible to walk comfortably on the pavement surface even on rainy days. Available for Also,
Water-permeable ceramic plates can be easily colored to improve their appearance. Further, since the manufacturing method is extremely easy and the amount of materials used is small, it can be provided at extremely low cost.
