[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a packaging device for small, lightweight, and easily damaged products, which makes full use of the elasticity of the material and integrates an outer box and a fixed buffer. Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging device that is excellent in fixed cushioning and is inexpensive.

Conventionally, as shown in an example of packaging in FIG. 4, after a foamed polystyrene cushioning material 2' is attached to an interior item 1', the interior item 1' is inserted into an outer box 3' for packaging. Since the interior component 1' is fragile, it must be carefully fixed and cushioned all around the interior component 1' over a considerable area, and the packaging design must be reviewed when the design of the interior component 1' is changed. Conventional styrofoam cushioning materials have drawbacks such as being relatively expensive and delaying response when changes are made, especially in situations where a large variety of products are produced in small quantities.
The present invention overcomes these drawbacks.

As a configuration for this purpose, the present invention sequentially forms a mountain fold line, a valley fold line, a mountain fold line, and a valley fold line on opposing left and right pieces of a rectangular bottom surface via a valley fold line, and A sloped surface on both sides of the line, a sloped surface, a vertical surface, and a sloped surface are sequentially formed between the mountain fold line, and cuts are made at a predetermined interval on the upper and lower edges spanning the vertical surface and the sloped surfaces on both sides thereof. A valley fold line extending from the end of the notch to the edge forms a fixing piece that protrudes in the direction opposite to the vertical plane, and the fixing piece is a piece that supports the inner part in the direction of the gable side. The fixed buffer part is held and supported by a beam, and side faces are formed on the remaining opposing pieces of the bottom surface through valley fold lines, and both ends of the side faces are provided with outward direction when the fixed buffer part is assembled. A presser piece for preventing expansion is provided via the valley fold line, a top surface is connected to one of the side surfaces via the valley fold line, and the left and right opposing pieces of the top surface are provided with valley fold lines. The end face is connected to the end face through the end face, and an end pressing face is further connected to the end face to prevent the fixed buffer portion from expanding outward during assembly.

Next, the packaging procedure will be explained. In Figure 1, first fold the valley fold lines 2 and 2, and then
2, 12, fold the mountain fold lines 3, 3,
After forming the slopes 13, 13, the valley fold lines 4,
5 form vertical surfaces 16,16. Also, the fixing pieces 19, 19, 19 in the direction of the end surface of the contents 17,
To form 19, valley fold lines 6, 6, 6, 6,
Fold 7, 7, 7, 7 and mountain fold lines 8, 8,
8, 8, 9, 9, 9, 9, the fixing pieces 19, 19, 19, 19 in the end surface direction of the contents 17 are mountain-folded.
At this time, the side surfaces of the contents 17 are brought into contact with the vertical surfaces 16, 16, and the fixing pieces 19, 19, 19, 19 in the end surface direction of the contents 17 are brought into contact with each other in a line state, and then the mountain fold line 1
0, 10 and valley fold lines 11, 11. At this time, since there is no presser from above, the mountain fold lines 10, 10 and the valley fold lines 11, 11
spreads upward due to the repulsive force of the material. Next, the valley fold line 21 is folded to form the side surface 22, and at this time, the presser pieces 24, 24 are bent along the valley fold lines 23, 23, but the vertical planes 16, 16 are both bent so as to be located on the outside. Further, the valley fold line 28 is bent to form a side surface 29, and the valley fold line 3 is folded to form a side surface 29.
0 and 30, and bend the holding pieces 31 and 31 so that they are positioned outside the vertical surfaces 16 and 16. Next, the valley fold line 32 is bent, and at this time, the valley fold lines 34, 34 are bent at almost a right angle, and at the same time, the valley fold lines 36, 36 are bent at more than a right angle,
The end presser plates 37, 37 are inserted between the front inclined surfaces 12 and 13. Furthermore, a stopper piece 38 connected to the top surface 37
penetrate through holes 27, 27 provided in the ear piece 26,
Packaging is completed by sealing. FIG. 2 is a partial sectional view of the assembled package, and the contents 17
is fixed by fixing pieces 19, 19 in the direction of the vertical surface 16 of the fixed buffer part and the end surface of the inner part 17.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of FIG. 2. First, the buffering force in the direction of the bottom surface is that the repulsive force of the valley fold lines 2, 2 parts is transmitted along the slopes 12, 12, and then the mountain fold lines 3, The repulsive force of 4 is transmitted through the inclined surfaces 13, 13, and the contents 17 can be buffered by the spring structure. Also, for buffering to the right, slope 1
It has a structure in which the spring portions constituted by 2, 15 and 13, 14 are connected by a vertical surface 16, and since the content 17 is received by the vertical surface 16, it is possible to provide cushioning using the deflection of the sheet. Note that buffering in the top direction and left direction is the same as that in the bottom direction and right direction, and will therefore be omitted.

As described above, according to the present invention, since the outer box having the fixed buffer part is formed using a single packaging material, no separate parts are required, and the packaging material cost and material management are low. Since it is efficient at the same time and has a structure that makes maximum use of the curly elasticity of the sheet material, a packaging device with extremely excellent cushioning properties can be obtained.
