Claims (1)
- ロツドにより被加工物を支持し、この被加工物
を支持したロツドをピストンの押圧により弾性変
形するクランプにより押圧保持するものにおいて
、前記ロツドとクランプとの間に介在され前記ピ
ストンによるクランプの押圧時における前記ロツ
ドの移動を規制する規制部材を備えたことを特徴
とする被加工物の支持装置。
