そして外周面におけるプレストレスは、複数個のプレハ
ブブロック7の内、所定個数毎に上下リブ部7aを接続
してなる定着用リブ部7bが設けられているものとする
と共に、この定着用リブ部7bに複数のプレハブブロッ
ク7の外周面に巻回したプレストレス用PC鋼材9を緊

よび各内壁用プレハブブロック2aの接合面および外壁
用プレハブブロック4aと底版11との隅角部にシール
材を充填し、内壁用プレハブブロック2aと底版11と
内外の隅角部にモルタルを充填して処理槽1.の構築施
工が完了する。(第14図参照)
なおこの実施例で使用されているアンカ一部材およびア
ンカー筋にはアニン加エメッキ丸鋼、ステンレス丸鋼等
