Conventionally, when molding an inorganic extrusion molded product 9 such as a concrete tile shown in FIG.
It is well known that it is very advantageous in terms of waterproofing. By the way, when molding the protrusions 10 on such a molded product 9, it is impossible to integrally mold them by extrusion molding, and press molding has to be used. However, when forming by press forming, each operation such as material supply, compression press, demolding, etc. is always circulated in a fixed cycle, resulting in a so-called batch system, which has poor productivity and high costs. There is a drawback that. For these reasons, recently extrusion molding has been
A method of imparting a protrusion shape to the surface of the material has been intensively studied, but no effective means have been disclosed yet.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. The receiving mold 4 is placed on the upper surface of a continuously driven pallet 11 and conveyed, and a molding material 1 such as cement is extruded and supplied from a hopper 2 onto the upper surface of the receiving mold 4. The receiving mold 4 is formed with a protrusion forming hole 3 which is long in a direction substantially perpendicular to the direction of conveyance thereof and is open upward and downward, and the molding material 1 is filled into the protrusion forming hole 3. After the molding material 1 is supplied to the upper surface of the receiving mold 4, the surface of the molding material 1 is given a wavy shape by a molding means 5 such as a molding roll 12 or a molding die 13. Next, after cutting the molding material 1 to a predetermined length using the cutting jig 14, a presser jig 7 disposed above the receiving mold 4 and a protrusion forming jig disposed below the receiving mold 4 are used. A protrusion 10 is formed on the surface of the molding material 1 with the tool 8. The protrusion forming jig 8 has approximately the same shape as the protrusion forming hole 3 of the receiving mold 4, and can be driven up and down by an air cylinder 12 in synchronization with the transport drive of the receiving mold 4. When the receiving mold 4 is positioned above the jig 8, the protrusion forming jig 8 is pushed upward and inserted into the protrusion forming hole 3 of the receiving mold 4. A holding jig 7 is disposed above the receiving mold 4 so as to be movable up and down in synchronization with the conveyance drive of the receiving mold 4. By placing and fixing the molding material 1 on the upper surface of the molding material 1 at a position above the projection forming hole 3 of No. 4, the molding material 1 pushed up by the projection forming jig 8 is molded in the projection forming recess 6. It is something. Thereafter, the protrusion forming jig 8 and the holding jig 7 are returned to their original states, and the above operation is repeated again.

Therefore, the protrusions 10 can be formed at right angles to the conveying direction of the inorganic extrusion molded product 9, and the protrusion forming jig 8 and the holding jig 7 are each driven in synchronization with the drive of the molded product 9. This allows continuous formation. Furthermore, by changing the shape and position of the protrusion forming hole 3 of the receiving mold 4, the protrusion 10 can be attached to an inorganic extrusion molded product at an arbitrary position and with a change. Since this protrusion 10 is formed by being pushed up, the material is the same as that of the other parts of the molded product 9, so the protrusion 10 after molding is
There is no possibility of peeling or any difference in appearance or performance.

As described above, the present invention has a hopper that extrudes and supplies the molding material downward, and a receiver that is conveyed by passing under the hopper and is formed with holes for forming protrusions that are long in a direction substantially perpendicular to the conveying direction and open upward and downward. a molding means for molding the surface of the molding material supplied onto the mold and the receiving mold; a holding jig disposed above the receiving mold at a post-processing position of the molding means and having a recess for forming protrusions on the lower surface; It is disposed below the holding jig and below the receiving mold so that it can be driven vertically, and when driven upward, the molding material passes through the protrusion forming hole of the receiving mold and is pushed into the protrusion forming recess of the holding jig. As the molding material is supplied to the upper surface of the mold, the projection forming jig is driven upward from below the mold to form the projections on the mold. By passing through the hole and pushing up the molding material and placing a holding jig with a protrusion forming recess formed on the lower surface above the molding material, the molding material pushed up by the protrusion forming jig is formed into protrusions. It can be filled into a recess for forming a protrusion on the surface of the molding material, and can form a protrusion in a direction approximately perpendicular to the direction of conveyance of the molding material. It is possible to continuously produce inorganic extrusion molded products and improve productivity.
