DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a plurality of floats are removably attached to both side edges of a long water-impermeable and flexible covering sheet, and the covering sheet is moved by the plurality of floats. After floating the reclaimed side of the embankment body above the water surface and moving it to a predetermined position in parallel with the embankment body, the covering sheet on the reclaimed side is pulled up onto the slope and shoulder of the water surface of the embankment body. , and then the floats are removed sequentially from the end to sink the covering sheet on the reclaiming side, and the slope in the water is covered with the covering sheet on the reclaiming side. This method concerns the surface covering construction method, in which the slope on the reclaimed side of the levee body is continuous from the slope shoulder to the bottom of the water, and the entire circumference of the slope is covered with an integrated covering sheet, which is then introduced into the reclaimed side water area. This can effectively prevent pollution of the surrounding area by industrial waste.

Conventionally, the slope of the reclaimed side of the embankment body is covered with wide side edges of, for example, vinyl chloride sheets, which are glued together or connected with connectors, but the former method avoids the heavy pressure of the dumped materials. The latter is not watertight and cannot prevent sewage from flowing out, and a large amount of wide and heavy covering sheet must be carried into a narrow work site. However, as a result of various experimental studies, the present inventor has obtained the present invention which does not have such drawbacks.

Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
A rolled or folded body 1a of a water-impermeable and flexible covering sheet band 1 such as a vinyl chloride resin sheet is placed on a barge 4 floating on the water surface on the reclaimed side 3 of the embankment body 2. ~6 rows are placed in parallel, and the covering sheet band 1 is placed on the side edge 10~20 from the rolled or folded body 1a.
cm, and pull them out onto the barge 4 in parallel, and weld the overlapping side edges to form a covering sheet 5. A plurality of floats 6 are attached to both side edges of this covering sheet 5 by appropriate attachment means. The cover sheet 5 is attached in a removable manner and is pulled out in the direction of arrow A from the part of the cover sheet 5 to which the float 6 is attached using an appropriate tensioning means, and the embankment body 2
and when it reaches a certain position,
The side edge 5a of the covering sheet 5 on the embankment side is pulled up onto the slope 7 and shoulder 8 above the water surface by an appropriate tensioning means,
The lifted float 6 is removed and the side edge 5a is placed on the shoulder 8.
The floats 6 on the other side of the covering sheet 5 are then sequentially removed to remove the covering sheet 5.
By sinking the reclaimed side 5b of the underwater slope 9 and the underwater bottom 1
The vicinity of the slope of 0 is covered with the covering sheet 5b. Immediately before the roll or folded body of the covering sheet band 1 is used up, a new roll or folded body is supplied, and the edge of the new covering sheet band is moved to the remaining covering sheet band on the barge 4. The covering sheet 5 is welded to the edge of the embankment body 2, and the covering sheet 5 is continuously formed as described above.
2 to 10 m added to the length of the slope on the reclaimed side 3, the length is equal to or approximately equal to the total length of the slope, and the covering sheet covers the entire circumference of the slope. The leading edge and trailing edge of No. 5 are lifted above the water surface and welded. In addition, while the long covering sheet 5 with the float 6 attached thereto is moved while floating on the water surface, if necessary, the floats 6 on both sides are attached to prevent the central part from drooping and folding in half.
Support rods are installed here and there in the width direction of the covering sheet 5, and instead of forming the covering sheet 5 on the barge 4, it can be formed on a workbench protruding from the shore into the water surface or on land. It's something you can get used to.

In the present invention, a plurality of floats 6 are removably attached to both side edges of a long water-impermeable and flexible covering sheet 5, and the plurality of floats 6 move the covering sheet to the embankment body 2. After floating the reclaimed side 3 above the water surface and moving it to a predetermined position parallel to the embankment body 2, the covering sheet 5 on the reclaimed side is placed on the slope 7 and slope shoulder 8 above the water surface of the embankment body 2. The float 6 is then removed sequentially from the end to sink the covering sheet 5 on the landfill side, and the slope 9 in the water is covered with the covering sheet 5 on the landfill side 3. This is a construction method for covering the slope of the reclaimed side of the embankment body 2, in which the slope of the reclaimed side 3 of the embankment body 2 is continuous from the slope shoulder 8 to the water bottom 10, and the covering sheet 5 is integrated around the entire circumference of the slope.
It is possible to effectively prevent pollution of the surrounding area by industrial waste dumped in the water area on the landfill side, and the formed coating sheet 5 can be sequentially fitted with a plurality of floats 6 on both sides of the sheet and then disposed of in the landfill. It floats on the water surface on the side and moves to a predetermined position, and the covering sheet 5 can be easily transported to a predetermined position and can be accurately lowered onto a slope.

Although the floats 6 are attached to both edges of the covering sheet 5, the floats 6 on the reclaimed side 3 may be omitted and only the floats 6 on the embankment body 2 side are installed. In this case, the covering sheet 5 is attached to the embankment body 2 side. It moves while being suspended by a float 6.
