After rough machining and finishing of the mounting surface 1-1 and the outer periphery of its flange, drill the pilot holes of the entrance hole 1-2 and the tapered part 1-4 into a stepped shape. The entrance hole 1-2 is precisely machined using a general-purpose hollow hide to produce a semi-finished product.

Since a long dedicated boring tool is required, during machining, sticky cutting chips may be drawn in, and cutting resistance applied to the entire cutting edge may cause the cutting edge to escape.
The vibration of the neck deteriorates the dimensional accuracy of the inner diameter and groove width at the back of the groove, and the vibration and cutting debris generate a wave pattern on the surface, making it impossible to obtain the necessary surface roughness.

る。In addition, in the method of manufacturing a corrugated horn by dividing as shown in Fig. 3, when machining the grooves of the inlet side fin fitting and the outlet side fin fitting, cutting waste and cutting resistance cause the inner diameter of the deep part of the groove to be damaged. The dimensional accuracy of the width deteriorates, and a wave pattern is generated on the surface due to the vibration and cutting debris.

If the outer diameter of the abutting part of the inlet side finned metal fitting is smaller than the inner diameter of the bottom of the fitting taper part, it will hit the bottom and the taper will lose its tightness; It has the disadvantage of creating a gap at the joint.

するコルゲートボーンの製造方法により解決される。The above problem can be solved by machining the outer bag, the mounting surface 1-1, and the outer periphery of the flange from a hard copper or red copper round bar, as shown in Figure 1, and then using a lower part smaller than the entrance hole 1-2. After inverting the object with the hole penetrated and finishing the outer bag and processing the end surface 1-3 using the outer circumference of the flange on the mounting surface 1-1 as a reference, use a general-purpose boring tool to drill the entrance hole L-2 and the entrance taper. Part 1-6 Main body 1 in which parallel stepped cylindrical holes into which the fin rings 2 to 1 to 2-5 and the presser ring 3 are fitted are sequentially precisely machined, and the fin part with different inner diameter dimensions of the tapered part 1-4 2 and the groove portion 1-5 in the opposite direction of the arrow A forming the ring are integrated into a cylindrical finned ring 2-1 to 2-5 with parallel outer periphery;
This problem is solved by a corrugated bone manufacturing method in which a presser ring 3 having a tapered inner diameter and a cylindrical outer circumference is combined, and each is sequentially inserted and then welded by welding or the like.

Incident tapered portion 1-6 and finned rings 2-1 to 2-5. By machining the parallel stepped cylindrical holes into which the presser ring 3 is fitted, in one setting, each center, inner diameter dimension and step length can be made with high precision, and the outer circumference can be parallel to each other. Rings with fins 2-1 to 2-5. By separately manufacturing each of the holding ring 3 and the holding ring 3, it is possible to use a boring tool with a short neck and high rigidity, which eliminates the entrainment of cutting chips during machining, and reduces cutting resistance by cutting with a part of the cutting edge. This eliminates cutting edge relief and vibration, and provides dimensional accuracy of the inner diameter and groove width at the back of the groove, as well as highly accurate surface roughness.The outer diameter is also cylindrical, so it can be easily measured and processed with high precision. , and the length in the central axis direction can be finished to micron level precision by surface polishing.

For example, metal round rods made of copper, red copper, etc. are mounted on an NC lathe, and a general-purpose boring tool is used to create rings with different inner diameters. Machining the fin part 2 and the groove part 1-5 next to it in the opposite direction of the arrow, and finishing it with a parallel circumference whose outer diameter matches the inner diameter at the position where it is inserted into the stepped cylindrical hole of the main body 1, Both end faces are cut to a size including the fin part 2 and the adjacent groove part 1-5, and both end faces are finished by surface polishing.
