  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 入力信号に応じて変化する波長のレーザ光を出
    力する可変波長レーザ光源において 半導体レーザと、 特定の波長で吸収を起こす標準物質を封入し前記
    半導体レーザの出力光に関連する光を入射する吸
    収セルと、 この吸収セルに入力信号に対応した大きさの磁
    場を加える磁場印加手段と、 前記吸収セルの透過光を電気信号に変換する光
    検出器と、 この光検出器の出力電気信号に関連する電気信
    号を入力し前記半導体レーザの電流または温度を
    制御して前記半導体レーザの出力周波数を前記吸
    収セルの吸収周波数に制御する制御手段とを備え
    たことを特長とする可変波長レーザ光源。
