Claims (1)
- 被測定光を２つに分岐する光分岐器と、この光
分岐器の出力光の一方の光路に設置され、入射光
を所定の時間遅延する遅延素子と、前記光分岐器
の出力光の光路のどちらか一方のみに設置され、
入射光の偏波状態を変化させる偏波面コントロー
ラと、前記光分岐器で分岐された光を合流する光
合流器と、この光合流器の出力光の干渉光強度が
最大になるように前記偏波面コントローラを制御
する制御部とを有することを特徴とする光スペク
トル測定装置。
