DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a disc record such as an audio disc or a video disc, and in particular has a surface structure that is faithful to the signal engraved on the surface of the master disc, and yet causes problems when playing back the signal. It has an anti-static ability to prevent the adhesion of dust, etc. that may cause the occurrence of static electricity, and when the signal is reproduced by a mechanical method such as a record stylus, the signal engraved in the groove of the disc record is It is an object of the present invention to provide a disc record that will not be worn out by a stylus.

In the field of the record industry, in order to obtain audio discs, for example, an original master disc (stamper) with signals etched into the grooves on the metal surface is used, and a copolymer of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate is compression molded by hand. Producing disc records.
However, in a disk having a high density signal, such as a video disk, since the signal has a microstructure, there is a problem that a good reproduced signal cannot be obtained due to the inaccuracy of molding.

Therefore, there is a demand for a disc record having a signal that is faithful to the signal engraved on the stamper. Further, as a characteristic of a disc record, when a signal is reproduced using a diamond stylus or the like, there is a strong desire for a disc record that is wear-resistant so that the signals engraved in the grooves will not be worn out or deformed. It is also necessary to provide antistatic properties to prevent dust from adhering to the disk surface. On the other hand, from a production standpoint, it is necessary that the disc record be easily peeled off from the stamper after manufacturing, that is, it must not have adhesion to the stamper.

The present invention satisfies these demands and is a method of manufacturing a disc record, for example, by coating part or the entire surface of a stamper on which a signal is engraved with a liquid resin that can be cured by irradiation with ultraviolet light. Then, a support made of a transparent plate is pressed onto the support so that the liquid resin has a uniform thickness. Next, the liquid resin is cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays through the support, and then the support is peeled off from the stamper together with the cured resin adhering to it, thereby obtaining a disc record. By carrying out the same operation as above on the other side of the support, a disc record having a resin film with signals engraved on both sides of the support can be obtained.

Liquid resins that can be cured by ultraviolet irradiation include (A) epoxy acrylate, N-vinylpyrrolidone, and a photopolymerization initiator obtained by the reaction of an epoxy resin with acrylic acid, or (B) an epoxy resin and a photopolymerization initiator. This product substantially contains epoxy acrylate, hydroxyalkyl acrylate or methacrylate obtained by reaction with acrylic acid, an organic quaternary ammonium salt, and a photopolymerization initiator, and by using this, a stamper can be produced. It has excellent removability from the stamper and the fidelity of signal transfer engraved on the stamper surface, and has excellent abrasion resistance due to the diamond needle.
Under these conditions, a product with excellent antistatic ability and a surface insulation resistance of 10 10 to 10 11 Ω was produced.

In addition, in order to modify the properties of the film 2, various additives can be added to the liquid resin that is cured by ultraviolet rays. For example, pigments for coloring, dyes, liquid resin defoaming properties, defoaming agents to improve wetting with stampers, surfactants such as wetting agents, and heat generated from lamps during ultraviolet irradiation. There are thermosetting catalysts such as organic peroxides that can be used effectively.
