Normally, an end-shaped needle canvas is hung in a multi-tube dryer, and joints are created at both ends to make it endless. It is preferable that this joining part, the so-called joint, be the same as the main body part, but it is inevitable that there will be some difference in structure, and problems in terms of strength are likely to occur. The present invention is an improvement to improve this strength and durability, and to solve problems such as the joint part leaving marks on the paper.

As shown in the figure, a butt 2 (a soft aggregate of fibers, also called a web) is needled on the upper surface of the base fabric 1, and then a predetermined portion is cut, and each terminal part of the batt 2 is cut into the base fabric 1.
Both ends 1a, 1b of the base fabric are peeled off by hand for the required length from the batt 2, and both ends 1a, 1 of the peeled base fabric are
The fabric 7 is sewn onto b using a sewing machine, a joining metal fitting (hook) is attached to the tip thereof, and the butt of the peeled part and the base fabric, and the butt and the upper surface of the metal fitting leg are glued with adhesive 9.
The metal fittings are meshed oppositely and the core wire 6 is inserted through the common hole to connect them endlessly.

Polymerize and sew between the base fabric of the canvas,
It may also be made into an endless shape by joining the loops at both ends and inserting the joined core wire in the same way as in the previous case. Or both ends 1 of the peeled base fabric as shown in Figure 2.
a, 1b are folded back and sewn to the main body part using sewing thread 8, and the spiral wires 4, 5 are attached to the warp threads at the folded bends, and then the peeled parts are glued with adhesive 9, and the spiral wires 4, 5 are attached. A method is used in which the core wire 6 is inserted into the common hole of the core wires, which are opposed to each other and meshed with each other. The adhesive used is an epoxy, polyurethane, or silicone resin, either directly or diluted with a solvent to an appropriate viscosity.

The adhesive used to increase the strength penetrates into the vat more than necessary, making this part harder than the main body, and in some cases penetrating into the surface layer and hardening, requiring a delicate texture. Paper and high-quality papers have a mark defect.

布をはさむのは容易である。 To explain this in the design diagram of Fig. 3, a thin cloth 3 is inserted into the middle layer of the butt 2 at a length slightly longer than the full width of the joint, that is, a length of 50 m/m to 100 m/m over the entire width. . Normally, bats are stacked in two to five layers on one side and needled each time or after pre-punching an appropriate layer, so it is easy to sandwich a thin cloth between them.

い。 This prevents the joint flap from becoming brittle or peeling off earlier than other parts due to direct heat from the dryer cylinder. Also, when adhering with resin, the applied resin penetrates the surface layer of the bat (paper-contacting side) by capillary action, and there is a risk that the surface layer of the bat will harden and become a mark on the paper. As a result, the adhesive strength at the interface with the base fabric increases, and the surface fibers can maintain the same soft state as other parts, so that there is no adverse effect on the paper.

This is an extremely significant idea because it has no gender implications.
